- First, wash your face with a cleanser. It is better if you can use UltraCalming Cleanser
- Then close your eyes and spray the Ultra Calming Mist over the face.
- For added benefits, press into skin
- May also be sprayed onto fingertips or dampened cotton pad and applied to the skin with light, upward strokes.
- Follow with UltraCalming Serum Concentrate
