Amazing customer service!

I am absolutely blitzed by how quickly this company delivers my online orders. I had no time to expect it b/C it arrived in less than one day after I placed my order!! This company is a stellar operator! Well done BA; every single time! One thousand stars!!

Beauty Affairs has great sales and I find their postage very quick and easy. I also love that they’re using less waste in their packaging with recyclable box, stuffing etc. I’d like if they stopped sending samples out though as there is so much single use packaging but I know you can opt out in your shopping cart if you’d prefer not to receive them

Australia Post lost my package - I had to wait 1 month before they deem it lost. Australia Post then tell me I have to contact the seller which I did on 22nd December. I received the replacement on Christmas Eve at 6pm via courier - just in time for Christmas as it was a Christmas present for my daughter. I will recommend Beauty Affairs to everyone I speak to - can't praise their customer service enough.

After doing a lot of research I found out this company is the only online authorized reseller in Australia which means their products are authentic. Therefore, I purchased a few items and although I had an issue, they quickly sorted it out. Based on them selling authentic products and their good customer service I will purchase again and highly recommend them.

Simple to use. Very straightforward
